This is not a request for help. I just wanted to thank the entire CoinCafe team.

I scrounged the 'net looking for BitCoin services and after trying three, turned to you. Each of the other three had major drawbacks, including shady provenance, websites that looked more like online poker pages, ridiculous validation requirements (a video of me holding my passport open? I know people are worried about criminal issues, but really?!), unresponsive support personnel, limited payment options (some that sounded like mailing Moroccan dirhams in a brown paper bag to the third dumpster on the left behind Lou's Diner), etc. Talk about hypocritical attitudes: BitCoin was INVENTED in part to let people do what they need to do, without government interference, and here is a BitCoin industry participant putting itself back in the game of institutional control over individuals!

And your firm vaulted past all those issues: published name and address (in the US!), clean and easy website, validation requirements that balanced a need for security with a need for convenience, very fast email support response, and a payment option that included a real bank, with branches almost everywhere! And no hypocrisy.

You walked me through the process, guided me step by step, set me up, and even apologized for a delay that I actually caused.

And it would not have been possible without you.

Good Afternoon,

I just completed my first purchase.... and I must say this entire process could not have gone any smoother.

The instructions on your site, from the upload of identification photos to the eventual transfer to an outside address, were perfectly clear, and actually represented every step of the process...something quite rare these days.

I am sure you receive many compliments, so you can just add mine to the list.

I will not be doing a huge number of transactions, but this is the only place I will conduct my bitcoin activities.

good morning Mike I like to take a moment thank you for your great help in getting this sorted out so we can begin business. I will add my bank accounts so you could please verify them as well as my cards and a little later today I will get to that. it was awesome to actually be able to speak to someone and then get three great help that you provided in this business even though my recent disabilities have caught up with me I have been in customer service myself for about 35 years in the trucking business its always better in my opinion if you can actually speak to a person it really shows that the people genuinely want to help promote their business. I was recommended to you by a couple of fellow traders and I'm glad I made the move. there's something funny going on over at coinbase because I had never ever heard of my having to be licensed worldwide to buy and sell Bitcoin it was almost like the government is really involved or trying to be involved in their business I will have to send you a email they sent me.it is quite disturbing to read the contents of it,
